We are in need of two replacement lenses for the mica tracking system for our commutator saw.  Please send me a quote and prepare to send as soon as possible.

Would you please show me a photo of the parts you need, ' lenses for the mica tracking system for commutator saw'?

Please take a photo of the broken lens piece on my desk and upload to this email train for Emily.  Also, take a picture of the optical detector apparatus so they are aware of the parts in reference.

Motor Manufacturer K :

We need a lens for the commutator saw tracking light. This is the longer of the two lenses. We need just the one lens at this time. Attached are photos of the lens.

May I know what happened to the longer len, would you please take short video to let us to know the phenomenon?

We want to find the root cause as this part should not be broken in short time, if I remember right, this year you had replaced it,

It looks like the operator did not have it seated in the holder properly and the saw blade hit the lens.

1pc len part for replance and 1 additional Set of lens Was sent by Fedex , did the part work well for you?
