As this winder worked for types of armature with different stack height, the tooling should be applied for all of them, so you may need to adjust the indexing device forward

Loose screw and rotate this , then you can move the indexing device forward/backward

To achieve the winding to make sure the front and back of the wound armature don’t be contact

I wish there was one for each size 30-40-45 armature stack height,

How much does it cost to make two new ones?

You may make a scale to mark on the indexing mechanism

The left piece no split two coils one slot and right two coils two slot
This is only correct because we prefer to wind the second coil at the end.
