1. After the device is powered on, select the "Step" state on the running mode button, and then loosen the handle screws on the paper tray at the tail of the fuselage, and remove the whole from the shaft

2. Remove the aluminum bezel and put it into the prepared plastic trough paper tray, then install the aluminum bezel and handle screws (the handle screws have the stepped side facing inward), and tighten the screws to prevent the plastic paper tray from shifting

Leave a slight gap between the aluminum paper tray and the plastic trough paper tray so that it does not get stuck

3. Loosen the screws, put the wedge in the middle of the wool felt, and then adjust the screw tightness

4. After the wedge paper enters the box through the wool felt, there is an induction baffle (the induction light is on when the groove paper passes through the baffle, and the light goes off when the groove paper passes through the baffle and raises the baffle), and it needs to pass through the baffle at this time

5. The wedge paper continues through the pressing board (no need to loosen the screws, directly through the small hole)

6. Open the brake pad to the right, then drag the center shaft of the upper gear up with your left hand, slowly remove the upper gear with your right hand, and continue to feed the groove paper into the next positioning device along the groove of the lower gear

7. After the groove paper is loaded, operate in the same way (drag the center shaft of the upper gear upward with the left hand, insert the upper gear into the shaft with the right hand, release the left hand and gently move the upper gear to ensure that the current position can hold the groove paper)

8. Install the handle and shake the handle in the direction shown in the figure (note that it cannot be operated in the opposite direction) to help the groove paper better enter the inside of the tooling

9. Return to the main interface of the touch screen, click "Manual Debugging", then click "Speed 1", and then press and hold "Single Slot Jog", then the slot paper will advance according to the set length and size, and cut

10. After seeing the groove paper come out normally, click "Back" to return to the main interface

11. Click "Ready to Run", select "AUTO" for running mode, press the green "START", and the device will enter the continuous working state.
