1. Operational Requirements:

a. Machine Operators (#FTEs)   Usually 2 ~ 4 Opeartors, accoding to your production per day, 

b. Capacity  4000~5000pcs per day if you change the rotor types, 8000pcs per day if you produce one rotor type

c. Cycle time 1 meter to 2 meters per minuter of the screw rod

2. Technical Specifications:

a.       Power Requirements: Detail the electrical specifications, including voltage, phase, and power consumption.  --- 3Phase, your plant voltage is 480V?

b.       Size of Machine (and how much space all equipment would need)    6m * 2.2m *1.5m , space needed 8m * 4m * 

c.        Tooling Changes: Is it possible to change tooling?  --- Yes, 100sets toolings fr each rotor

1. Quality Checks: Required quality checks and any additional quality equipment needed.  --- No

2. Maintenance: Specifications of the type of maintenance required, including frequency and duration  --- No

3. Spare Parts Availability: Availability of spare parts and lead time for ordering  --- Toolings

4. Training Needs: Specify the training requirements for operating the equipment, including time and cost. --- Yes, you send engineer to our plant

5. Auxiliary equipment needed to be able to use the machine  --- No

4.      Pay terms:

1. Delivery time       --- 60 days after drawings and TT advance payment received

2. Place of delivery --- Shanghai Port

3. Freight cost to México --- Machine will be put in a 40''GP container, please inform your port name in Mexico
