Automatic Commutator/ Rotor Core Turning Machine

This turning machine is capable of turning both armature core and commutator. After armature load, machine will first turn armature core, then turn commutator. Operate completely through the touch screen, including parameters setting and modifying, password replacing, and commissioning operation. Turning time is less than 60s. Tooling change and cutter adjustment can be done within ten minutes. 
Turning of the commutator brush track area is accomplished through the use of a diamond-tipped tool mounted onto a precision machine slide driven by a Japanese famous brand A.C. servo motor ,Turning and milling the surface of commutator to let it polish and shining, commutator turning and burr remover can help the commutator work well with carbon brush.

Driven by three-phase asynchronous motor, followed by the rotation of belt, rotor shaft rotates at a high speed on the diamond V shape holder due to the pressure friction. horizontal and vertical cutter feeding is driven by three-axis servo motor and ball screw. All the action is completed by the PLC.
