This machine form and cut the wedge for stators. It can cut, form, heat wedge. Wedge feeding length, and cutting speed can be programmable in HMI. It adopts a double row mould for wedge cutting. Wedge feeding is controlled by servo motor.

The wedge should be heated on machine before formed,

Your wedge is NMN with 0.51mm and too hard to be formed, sorry, the forming machine WIND-200-WF

can't meet your requirment.
