(2) Feature
High-precision LVDT sensor is used for roundness measurement, combined with analog and digital filtering methods, to achieve high stability and rapid acquisition of sensor signals, and to ensure the high accuracy of sensor signals.
The stepper motor is used as the measurement drive source, combined with high subdivision and high-speed pulses to drive the motor, to ensure that the motor is smooth and continuous and the measurement points are equally spaced.
The unique commutator gap data recognition algorithm is used to ensure that the measurement result data does not include the data in the gap and the edge of the gap, and the authenticity of the measurement result is guaranteed.
It is optional to complete the inspection of the surface roundness quality of the central shaft while measuring the commutation photos to find the quality of the armature rotor more accurately.
