Economic Type Stator Coil Injection Slot Winding Inserting Machine

This machine has a horizontal type structure. Coil insertion, wedge cutting and feeding are controlled by servo motor, while wedge insertion by stepping motor. It is equipped with a heating device which enable better wedge forming process. Tooling change consumes less than 10min.
