The whole powder coating process of this machine is guarded by a safety door, ensuring the operator cannot pass guards whilst machine is in cycle, greatly improves safety and reduces accidence.

Power on machine
Pre-heat stators
Select related stator parameter on touch screen
Load heated stator
Press auto start button
Machine will automatically do powder coating
Unload stator
Remove extra powder by air gun
