Motor Armature/Stator Resin Powder Coating Machine
This resin coating machine is a simple machine for stator powder coating. Machine is equipped with powder bed, air gun, safety door, touch screen, powder recycling device, fan.
A extra oven will be needed for pre-heating stator to required temperature.
During machine running, safety door will close to keep powder contained and operator away from working area. The powder dipping time is programmable on the touch screen.

Power on machine
Pre-heat stators
Select related stator parameter on touch screen
Load heated stator
Press auto start button
Machine will automatically do powder coating
Unload stator
Remove extra powder by air gun
