Our stator assembly line integrates several machines in one automatic line. The production process will be as below:

Insulation paper inserting --- coil winding -- coil inserting --- coil forming -----coil lacing----final forming---testing

All the above corresponding machines can be customized.

Operators required for this assembly line are less than other lines. The reduction of labor force doesn't affect the whole productivity. Low labor cost and high productivity deeply improves the competitiveness for AC motor manufacturers.

This production line contains Pre-forming, Coil Lacing, Middle Forming, Final forming,Coil expand which don't need
the operator's opeartion  hunman manual intervention too much as paper insertion, coil winding, winding insertion,
