1,Controlled and operated by PC;

2,One cylinder upper and one cylinder lower each at two ends, adjust the coil bar to bandage at the same horizontal level;

3,There are 4 cylinders in the middle, hold the coil bar automatically according to the length of its straight part;

4,Use one electric motor, which drives the gear box to rotate one cycle for a travel of 12.55mm, precision±0.05mm (125.5~126.5mm per

10 cycles);

5,Tape width 25mm, half overlapping, double taping, distance between two pieces 6.25mm, ±0.75mm;

6,Taping speed: 50~200r/min, stepless adjustable by frequency invertor, max. speed: 220r/min ;

7,Max. taping section: 30×70mm2;

8,Length of the straight part: steplessly adjustable between (900~2000mm), (900~3000mm), with double gear explorator of different

length;

9,Length of end part to be taped: 650mm, total length to be taped: 3300mm;

10,Center height of the taping head: 1400mm (the user could use a foot board because the center height can't be lower due to the height

of the cylinder);

11,Coil bar to be clamped by manual operation at end part;

12,Taping can follow the bend of the coil (angle of the bend between 28~43°), there are 4 pcs. of arc gears for exchange, the taping

speed will decrease automatically at the arc to insure the taping quality;

13,Two direction modes available: both the coil leads in same direction and in reverse direction.
