Alternator Stator Production Assembly Line

Our stator production line is of high automation and efficiency. All the production process is quite easy and only needs one operator. The whole set production line is consisted of paper inserting machine, waving winding machine, coil inserting machine, and forming machine.

The production process will be as below:
Insert paper into stator slot-------Wind coil into winding tooling-------insert wedge into tooling------insert wedge and coil into stator slot--------form coil shape
