This machine adopts turntable mechanism. After one coil wound, the turntable will rotate to swith working station. Therefore, one station will do winding, while the other wait for unloading, which greatly improves the working efficiency.

Thread wire into the machine
Connect the power and air source
Turn on the machine, and press "reset" button to reset the machine
Put the winding form on the indexing plate
Press "cut wire"
Press "start" button by two hands, machine will automatically wind the stator.
