This machine has a sepical design of fixture with a rotation function. It can greatly improve the powder coating effect by rotate 180 degree to evenly coating powder.

Stator pre-heating temperature is as per customer's requirement, our recommendation is 220-230 degree.

Power on machine
Pre-heat stators
Select related stator parameter on touch screen
Load heated stator
Press auto start button
Machine will automatically do powder coating
Unload stator
Remove extra powder by air gun
