1.Line length 2.5~8m, stepless adjustable, (different moulds can be put in), there's a press head per 250~300mm;

2.End length about 1.35m;

3,Special device equipped between line and end to remove heat deforming phenomenon;

4.Hydraulic pump station pressure adjustable between 2~20Mpa, automatic pressure maintaining;

5.Each horizontal pressing head max. 10t, each vertical pressing head max. 7t. Horizontal cylinder withstands temperature 140ºC, vertical cylinder withstands 100ºC;

6.Operated by buttons to control the electric cabinet;

7.Bending mould and inter-turn curing mould will be designed and quoted separately;
