The winding process of this needle coil winding machine is controlled by 4 servo control spindle, with no-loading speed up to 600r/min. Machine can diagnose fault, alarm for breakdown, and display on the touch screen. Moudle tooling design makes tooling changeover faster and easier.

(4) Operation process 
Click mould open button, then put workpiece into the tooling.
Choose auto mode, then select edited product program.
Press start button with two hands, machine will start to do automatic winding.
After winding, machine will automatically reset.
Click mould open button, manual unload workpiece.
