Rotor/ Stator Slot Epoxy Powder Coater

This powder coater is used to powder coating coating pre-heated stator. The whole dipping process is guarded by a sliding door to keep powder contained. The adoption of sliding door that ensures the operator cannot pass guards whilst machine is in cycle, greatly improves safety and reduces accidence. There are a separate area for removing excess powder with an air gun. Once removed, this powder can be recycled and re-used. With PLC and touch screen, all the parameters can be displayed and programmed. The rotation function of fixture greatly improves the powder coating effect.

Stator pre-heating temperature is as per customer's requirement, our recommendation is 220-230 degree.

Power on machine
Pre-heat stators
Select related stator parameter on touch screen
Load heated stator
Press auto start button
Machine will automatically do powder coating
Unload stator
Remove extra powder by air gun
