Armature Slot Stator Lamination Powder Coating Machine
This powder coating machine is capable of both stator and armature lamination insulation treatment. It should be used together with a heating oven. There are also a separate area for removing excess powder with an air gun so that powder can be recycled and re-used.
After workpiece heated, load it into machine fixture, press start button, safety door closes, then machine will automatically dip workpiece into the fluidised powder bed. After powder coating, machine will automatically lift workpiece, rotate it 180 degree to evenly coating powder.

Stator pre-heating temperature is as per customer's requirement, our recommendation is 220-230 degree.

Power on machine
Pre-heat stators
Select related stator parameter on touch screen
Load heated stator
Press auto start button
Machine will automatically do powder coating
Unload stator
Remove extra powder by air gun
