     In actual situation, the starter armature slots should be

   covering 13, 17, 19 (few), 21,23,25,27, 28,29,33 slots (common)

   Wind Automation had handling a lot of starter making machine and testing machine

    

4. The Step 1-8 slot is not common,

      Based on normal condition, the angle of step is not more than 90°degree,

      And 1-8 is almost 180°degree,

    

5. Please confirm wire length showed 140mm(armature length 90mm is the Max. One,

   this data related to the machine length

      If yes, the feeding length of machine is around 140 * 2sides +65 = 345mm

      (For example, Wind Automation had built a Circular Wire Forming Machine

   for armature length 102mm, and wire feeding length is 425mm)
